Yep, I have the Laucke brand.  I have used a the Multi Grain Bread Mix a few times and we all love it and I bought a different type this time that I have not used yer, the Golden Wholemeal Bread Mix....

It's so easy. I just put the breadmaker tin on the scales, pour in 300g of water, 500g of the mix and 6 g of yeast and voila! Takes me about 1 minute.

I like the Laucke soy and linseed, it's delish. I've also lately started buying a 10kg bag of Defiance bakers flour and adding in other bits and pieces (seeds, etc) and that makes great bread.

Same moonchild - and dd is worse. My mum has one and makes divine bread too, when dd goes she gets through a loaf a day. Luckily they live interstate.
